If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help you with easy returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  1. Return Eligibility

You can raise a return request if:

You received a wrong, damaged, defective, or missing product.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.

The return request is placed within 7 days of delivery.

🧾 Important:
Return requests placed after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Innerwear, lingerie, or undergarments

Socks, handkerchiefs, and accessories

Custom-stitched or altered clothing

Items bought under clearance, flash sale, or final sale

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

with your Order ID and reason for return.

Attach product images (front, back, and defect if any).

Our team will review your request and confirm pickup (if available in your pin code).

After successful pickup and inspection, a refund or replacement will be initiated.

  1. Pickup & Self-Shipping

Pickup Available: We will schedule a courier pickup from your delivery address (in select pin codes).

Self-Shipping: If pickup is not available, please send the product to:

Please share the courier receipt with us via email for refund tracking.

  1. Refund Process

Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store wallet within 7–10 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

🪙 Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for:

Size issue (wrong fit)

Same product in different color (if available)

Exchange Conditions:

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

If the product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated instead.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Our team will verify and send a replacement or full refund.

  1. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order:

You can cancel before dispatch for a full refund.

Once shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process after delivery.

  1. Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account or payment wallet again.

Then contact your payment provider — sometimes it takes extra time for posting.
