At Aayesha Enterprise, your satisfaction is our top priority.
We aim to ensure every product you receive meets your expectations.
However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions below.
- Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The product is returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
You raised a return request within 7 days of delivery.
đź§ľ Products returned after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
- Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable for:
Innerwear, lingerie, or undergarments.
Customized or altered products.
Clearance sale or “Final Sale” items.
Gift cards, vouchers, and accessories.
- Refund Process
Once your returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection:
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation that your return has been approved.
The refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days from approval.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

🪙 Please note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged.
- Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
Only part of your order was damaged or incorrect.
A replacement for one or more products is unavailable.
In such cases, the refund will be processed for the affected item(s) only.
- Refund for Canceled Orders
If you cancel your order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days.
If the order has already been shipped, you’ll need to follow the Return Process after delivery.
- Refund Delay
If your refund is delayed:
First, check your bank account or payment wallet again.
Then contact your bank or payment provider — sometimes it may take additional processing time.

with your order details.
- Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the shipping cost.
For other reasons (e.g., dislike of color or size issues), the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.
- Quality Check
Refunds are approved only after a successful quality inspection of the returned product.
Products failing quality checks (used, washed, damaged, or missing tags) will not qualify for refunds.
