At Aayesha Enterprise, we understand that sometimes plans change — and we’re happy to help you cancel your order easily before it’s shipped.
Please read our order cancellation terms carefully to know how it works.

  1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order before it is shipped or processed.

Once canceled, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

To cancel your order, go to:

My Orders → Select the order → Click “Cancel”, or

Email us at aayesha.enterprise2025@gmail.com
with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

  1. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, you can still:

Refuse delivery when the courier arrives (it will be returned to us automatically), or

Accept delivery and then request a return following our Return & Refund Policy
.

Refunds in such cases will be processed after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

  1. Partial Order Cancellation

If your order contains multiple products, you can cancel one or more items before dispatch — provided the remaining items are still valid for shipping.
Refunds will be issued only for the canceled item(s).

  1. Automatic Cancellation

Your order may be automatically canceled if:

The product is out of stock.

Payment is not completed successfully.

Invalid address or contact details were provided.

If your order is canceled by us, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Please note: Refund timelines may vary slightly based on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

  1. Special Sale or Discounted Orders

Orders placed during special sales, festive offers, or clearance events may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before confirming payment during sale periods.
