Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods (festivals, sales, or holidays), order processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been successfully placed and processed.

We have partnered with leading courier companies like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery across India.
All orders are shipped through trackable courier services.

  1. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.

Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions during festive seasons or special sales.

  1. Packaging and Safety

We take great care in packaging your items to prevent any damage during transit.

All clothing products are packed in tamper-proof and eco-friendly materials.

Fragile or delicate items are double-checked before dispatch.

  1. Undelivered or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed or undelivered due to:

Incorrect shipping address

Unreachable contact number

Repeated delivery attempts failed

The parcel will be returned to us.
In such cases:

You may request reshipping, which may incur an extra shipping charge.

If you no longer wish to receive the item, a refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed after receiving the returned parcel.

  1. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We only deliver within India.

  1. Order Cancellation After Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, you can initiate a return once you receive the item, following our Return & Refund Policy
